Highlander Dinner & Auction

Highlander Dinner & Auction – with Virtual Silent Auction and LIVE In Person Auction!!

Hello Shadle Nation!!  We want you to join us for an evening filled with great food, entertainment & FUN, all while supporting the Students at Shadle Park High School.  Let’s see your Shadle Pride!!

 

Here is what you need to know: 

The Highlander Dinner & Auction is March 2, 2024 at Assumption Catholic School Gymnasium 

For those who are joining us in person:  Dinner, Live Auction, Virtual Silent Auction, Games and LOTS of FUN!

The Dinner & Auction ticket includes All You Can Eat Mamma Mia’s and 1 Drink Ticket = $35.00/person. 

(Gluten Free & Vegetarian options available for an added $5.00)

New This Year:    Reserve a Table for 8 People – This includes a reservation fee and 8 individual Dinner & Auction event admission tickets.

Silent Auction will go LIVE on Monday February 26th at 8:00 AM and will end Saturday March 2nd at 7:00 PM.

Silent Auction items will be on display at the Dinner and Live Auction on Saturday March 2nd.
The LIVE Auction bidding will take place at Assumption Catholic School following the close of the silent auction & games.

Schedule of Events: 

Doors open at 5:00 PM.

Cocktail Hour 5:00 – 6:00 PM,

Dinner & Presentations 6:00 – 7:00 PM,

7:00 PM – Silent Auction Closures and Game Closures,

LIVE AUCTION to begin following the closure of silent auction, no later than 8:00 PM.

(Times may vary slightly, with the exception of Silent Auction Closure right at 7:00 PM)

Shadle Park Highlander Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser

Join us for the Annual Shadle Park Highlander Golf Tournament Fundraiser.  It’s a four person scramble on May 11th at 1:00 pm.  The tournament will be held at Downriver again this year.   The first 36 paid foursomes will be guaranteed a spot.

Get your team together! This is such a fun event, you don’t want to miss it! IT WILL SELL OUT!

Registration is team only this year: $600.00 per team (4 golfers)
SWAG and Sponsorships are available!

This is a fundraiser for the students at Shadle Park High School.  Every penny raised goes back into Shadle Park in many forms.
